Hester Arden

Hester trained at RADA. Growing up in Hull, she moved to London at 18 and has been working in and around the UK since on stage, TV, short film and radio.

She is currently appearing as ‘Miss Casewell’ in the Diamond Anniversary UK tour of ‘THE MOUSETRAP'(Adam Spiegel Productions) until the end of November.
Her theatre credits include ‘MACBETH’ (Orange Tree Theatre); ‘A CHRISTMAS CAROL’ (East Riding Theatre); ‘SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY MORNING’ (Mercury Theatre); ‘THE GRAND GESTURE’ (Northern Broadsides), ‘THE GAUL’ (Hull Truck Theatre); ‘LOVE’S LABOURS LOST’ (Northern Broadsides); ‘ARDEN OF FAVERSHAM’ (Sam Wanamaker Festival, Shakespeare’s Globe); ‘CROWN PRINCE’ (Hull Truck Theatre) and Howard Barker’s BLOK/ECHO.

Television and film credits include John Godbers Bafta winning
‘ODDSQUAD’ (BBC/Redbird); ‘HEARTBEAT’ (ITV); ‘THE CHASE II’ (Rollem); ‘CRACKER’ (Granada); ‘DOCTORS’ (BBC). Her film credits include Ryan Haysom’s Art-horror ‘YELLOW’ and Jan Nords’ ‘THE INVISIBLE MAN’.
